Our Values

We work to a set of values that describe who we are and how we operate:

  • We’re open and honest, and we tell it like it is. If we don’t think something will work, we’ll say so.
  • We believe in equality and fairness, and we like level playing fields. Hierarchies are for organisations and people that don’t like to be challenged. We think challenge is good.
  • We believe in the term ‘a fair day’s work for a fair day’s pay’. We won’t rip you off and we expect to be treated likewise.
  • We’re aspirational, we enjoy innovation and change. Standing still is not an option.
  • And as our name suggests, we’re ethical, we’re business like, and we’re not afraid to exchange ideas in order to create beneficial outcomes for the people and organisations we work with and for.

How we work

We offer a range of development services to help build partnerships that can tackle locally identified problems (social, economic, environmental). We can support lead organisations to develop their plans and activities or we can manage projects on your behalf.

We also create and run our own projects. If we have a great idea and we know that by bringing that idea to life we will create a positive outcome, we will find a way to make it happen.

EBE can help you with:

1.

Ideation

bringing new ideas to life through facilitated planning

2.

Planning

developing your idea: from thumbnail sketch to grand plan using business development techniques; with an emphasis on community consultation and co-design

3.

Resourcing

help with getting the funds you need to put your plans into action

4.

Impact Measurement

helping you to monitor and evaluate what you do; is your project a success? How can you improve it? We can help you find out.

Or we can manage a project on your behalf. We’ll do the leg work to help you get up and running ASAP by providing management, financial planning or administrative support so you can concentrate on delivering your service or activities.

Let’s do something good together

Please drop your email address in here if you would like to receive project updates from us every now and again. Thanks!
